We are looking for anElectrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets/water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc)
- First line response to reactive repairs.
- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance.
- Ad hoc portage duties maybe required
- Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies
- Providingexcellent customer service to building occupants
- Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- NVQ Level 3/Equivalent in Electrical installation
- 18th edition
- Experience of buildingmaintenance, handyperson or janitorial duties.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
- Flexible approach to work and working hours (subject to the EU Working Time Directive).
- Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company, in the most professional manner possible, utilising the uniform and PPE issued.
