Working with a well-established engineering company who provide products and services for the carton, corrugated, flexible, narrow mid-web and digital packaging industry, throughout the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
You will be providing timely and efficient machine repairs, installations and upgrades for customers.
Key Responsibilities – Electrical Field Service Engineer
- Repair and installation of new machines
- Relocation of existing equipment
- Customer training
- Preventative maintenance
- Ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair
- Troubleshooting problems
- Proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programmes
Qualifications & Experience – Electrical Field Service Engineer
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer
- Full UK drivers License
- Strong analysis skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
