  • Job Title: Site-Based Electrical Project Engineer & Supervisor
  • Job Description: Carry out electrical project engineering and site management works on multiple projects up to £1.5m at United Utilities locations, specifically water pumping stations and wastewater treatment sites.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Project site delivery and project compliance
    • Site-based management of skilled trades installing electrical services
    • Client liaising
    • RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
    • Project design liaison, review, and updating
    • Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
    • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over
  • Requirements:
    • Engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications
    • Water industry and electrical certificates
    • CITB (SMSTS/SSSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely
    • Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, maintaining output and timescale requirements
    • Hold a valid full UK driving license
    • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over 
  • Will have an engineering background with aligned academic and training qualifications

Both water industry and electrical certificates. 

• CITB (SMSTS/SSSTS) and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely

• Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements
