From design through to installation and ongoing maintenance, they consistently deliver high-quality, reliable solutions, led by an experienced and highly skilled workforce across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for an organised and technically adept professional with an engineering or electrical trade background. It's suited to someone who enjoys a blend of office and on-site work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and playing a key role in project progression. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a proactive approach are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project requirements, including technical submittals and managing compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies.
  • Attend site meetings, managing RFIs, variations, and procurement support alongside the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation and oversee the commissioning and handover process.

In return you will receive a base of between 50k-65k depending upon experience. Private Healthcare, Death in Service and Income Protection insurance. 23 days holiday UK. Candidate needs to be happy to travel to different sites.
