Our client, a leading Residential Developer, is looking for a talented and experienced HVAC Engineer to join their growing team. If you are experienced in installing and maintaining HVAC systems while ensuring top- notch quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you!

This client is one of the biggest residential developers in the UK and Europe. They are committed to excellence in delivering cutting-edge HVAC solutions to their consumers. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, they strive to create comfortable and energy- efficient environments for their residents.

Reporting directly into the Head of Estates, you'll be taking the lead across their UK sites when it comes to HVAC, so there may be some travel to their other buildings, however you'll be predominantly based from their incredible Manchester City Centre hub.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to optimize system performance.

  • To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of inspections.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance system design and efficiency.

  • Liaise and work with specialist Contractors as required

Qualifications

路 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

路 3+ years of experience working as an HVAC Engineer or similar role

路 Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment and components.

路 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

路 HVAC certification preferred
