We are seeking aPower Platform Support Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Managed Service Team, helping clients safely scale automation solutions while working across a variety of technologies and industries.
What Youll Do:As a Power Platform Support Consultant, youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Intelligent Automation solutions. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to support, optimise, and expand automation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Automation and platform administration
- Intelligent Automation maintenance and performance monitoring
- Workflow and application management
- Capacity and incident management
- Troubleshooting and production support
- Design, delivery, and management of change requests
- Performance reporting and stakeholder communication
- 2+ years of experience in Power Platform automation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Experience with .NET programming languages, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism Interact
- Work with cutting-edge automation technologies
- Collaborate with industry leaders in automation solutions
