Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the Electrical Services design and manage the planning process.
 
·Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and project objectives.
 
·Oversee post-contract project stages, including installation monitoring and defect resolution.
 
·Support and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
 
What They're Looking For:

·Degree qualified, ideally working towards Chartered status.
 
·Proven project management experience in a similar role, with strong client-facing skills.
 
·Proficiency with relevant design software (e.g., CAD, Revit, Hevacomp).
 
·Initiative and problem-solving skills with the flexibility to travel for project needs.
