Key Responsibilities:Providing IT support for hardware, software, and low-voltage electrical equipment.Installing and configuring cutting-edge solutions.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via tools like TeamViewer and Quick Assist.Conducting root cause analysis and providing solutions.Offering remote and on-site support across the UK and overseas.Managing the support ticketing system, ensuring prompt issue resolution.Conducting customer training on the full product range.Preparing site visit reports and technical bulletins.??
