Provide first-line technical support (after full training) via phone, email, and remote access.? Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to electronic and security systems.? Work with engineers and clients to provide technical assistance and system solutions.? Stay up to date with new product releases and industry advancements.? Document and track support cases to ensure smooth resolution.?
