Worldwide Field Service Engineer

Location: UK-based with global travel (Must be within 1 Hour of major airport)

Salary: Basic up to £36k (OTE = Circa £50k)

Core Hours: Monday to Friday Days (Can be away from home for weeks at a time)

As a Worldwide Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial processing and manufacturing machinery at customer sites globally. You'll provide expert technical support and ensure equipment performs to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

  • Install, commission, and service industrial processing/manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on-site.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment use and maintenance.
  • Travel worldwide to client sites, often at short notice, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • Complete detailed service reports and uphold the company's high standards of customer care.

Skills Required for the Field Service Engineer:

  • Multi-skilled expertise: Electrical qualification is essential, along with mechanical proficiency.
  • Experience: Proven background in servicing and maintaining industrial processing/manufacturing machinery.
  • Travel-ready: Must hold a valid UK driving licence and passport, with a willingness to travel globally.
