Position: Mobile Generator Engineer
Location: North West Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: 18 per hour
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
About the Role:
Are you a experienced and skilled Mobile Generator Engineer to join our clients team, providing exceptional onsite customer support across the North West.
This role is focused on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of generators, ensuring clients' equipment operates reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer reports of technical issues with generators.
- Perform maintenance and servicing on a variety of generator machines.
- Respond promptly to call-outs and complete remedial work as required.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with generators.
- Competence in the following areas:
- Electrical aspects of generators.
- Mechanical aspects of generators.
- Fuel systems.
- Control systems.
- Large 2MW in-situ generators.
