My client is a multi-disciplined global Engineering group who are experiencing a period of sustained growth.
They have an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join their expanding Project Delivery Teams.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
Reporting to a Contracts/Project Manager, but with significant on-site responsibilities, these opportunities will require you to be:
- Competent to work directly from drawings and scopes of work
- Experienced in commercial and industrial installations including, but not limited to the rail industry
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in electrical Installation method
- Willing to work away from home for periods (project dependent)
- Keen to fulfil customer’s targets, involving overtime when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Time served electrical apprenticeship
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- C&G 2391 Qualified (or current equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Able to work under own initiative, as well as within teams
- Testing and inspection to 18th Ed. BS7671 would be beneficial
- Be able to demonstrate leadership approach to health, safety, and environmental obligations
- SSSTS /SMSTS Required
- Computer literate with daily use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of electrical installations associated with the rail industry is advantageous but not essential.
