Electrical Supervisor (Renewables)Field Based - Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Stockport, Bolton, Wigan, Preston , Burnley, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale & Surrounding Areas£40,000 - £50,000 + Van + Pension + Rising Holiday Allowance + Specialist Training (NICEIC)Excellent opportunity for someone from an electrical background with supervisory or leadership experience to join a growing business unit inside of a leading heating and renewable energy company in the Greater Manchester area.This company have already established themselves as a key player in the North West's market for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing solutions with a focus on the domestic sector, but are now looking to quickly grow into the commercial market off the back of growing demand for their services, particularly in the field of Renewable Energy.In this role you will be working closely alongside the business unit's manager and a contracts manager to oversee the timely, cost-effective, safe and efficient delivery of electrical works and Renewable Energy installations in the North West area at commercial sites such as hospitals, schools, libraries, retail outlets and accommodation blocks.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial electrical installations or maintenance and will have some experience working as a Supervisor or in a leadership position. Importantly they will have a can-do attitude and a desire to grow further within the role in line with the planned expansion of the business.This is a great opportunity for someone who already gained some prior experience leading or supervising electrical projects and is now looking to further advance into management with a company that is ready and willing to invest in their professional development.The Role:* Looking after sites around Greater Manchester, Lancashire & West Yorkshire, split between home & office work* Ensuring projects are being carried out in line with specifications, timeframes and budgets* Reporting back to clients on project progress* Acting as Qualified Supervisor and signing off on works carried out* Evaluating the works of subcontractors and approving works being carried out* Arranging for deliveries of materials/supplies to sitesThe Person:* Relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391, AM2 etc.* Previous experience in commercial-scale electrical installations* Previous experience in a supervisory/leading role for electrical installations* Preferably a Qualified Supervisor* Full UK driving licenseTo apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Troy Earl at Rise Technical Recruitment.Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
