Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems at commercial properties.
- Maintain lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
- Use the CMMS to document work activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively.
- Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service throughout projects.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Proven experience in the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.
- Full UK driving license.
