2025 has been exciting year for this oragnsiation. Having recently recruiter a new director of estates they have a number of exciting projects linked to being net zero and modernising the entire building.

In this role you will work a day based shift carrying out electrical PPM and maintenance on the building. You will be working in a high skilled, motivated team and be involved in projects.

The ideal candidate will b a registered gold card holder, have the 18th edition, strong electrical background and have worked within estates or facilities of a building.
