Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for a number of Electricians on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be completing electrical repairs and maintenance on void and tenanted social housing properties
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted social housing properties
- Carrying out fault finding and diagnosis
- Providing testing, inspection and the appropriate certification for electrical components and equipment
- Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and quality
- Completing accurate records of work undertaken
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Electrician includes:
- UK Driving License
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 2391
