Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Electrician for a position in the Manchester region.
The role involves carrying out EICR’s and potentially some remedial repairs on social housing properties.
The salary for this position ranges from £20 to £23 an hour.
Candidates are required to have social housing experience and relevant qualifications, including 18th Edition Wiring Regs and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
A full UK driving license is also necessary for this role.

We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Electrician to join one of our clients covering the Manchester region. You will be required to carry out EICR’s and potentially some remedial repairs on social housing properties.

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Completion of EICR’s and any relevant remedial works
Produce any relevant certification required
Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised

Requirements for Electrician role:

DBS, 18th Edition Wiring Regs, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and/or City & Guilds equivalent, 2391 Testing & Inspection
Social Housing Experience
Full UK Driving License
