Are you an Electrician interested in a client-facing role, working with IoT based products in a growing business that is revolutionizing the home energy management industry?

In this already successful and established team, there is an opportunity to work as a client-facing Electrician, to be the face of the business to clients, proving advice and technical support on the latest cutting-edge smart energy home technology that is making waves in the residential space.
In this role, you will be put through a training program on their products, be client-facing and field based, managing ticket queries, visit clients, diagnose issues and visit home builders as well as supporting the team in the office in product testing and software roll outs.
The ideal candidate will be and Electrician with an interest in tech and IoT as well as practical problem-solving experience, wanting to grow and develop their career in a fast growing industry and business in the Manchester area with potential further travel.
THE ROLE:
- Filed based call out management for customers to resolve queries or installation issues
- Provide minor repairs on queries, commissioning systems and supporting and educating clients on the systems use
- Product testing, Software roll out,
THE PERSON:
- Have a keen interest in Tech, IoT as well as electrics
- Wanting to elevate your career
- Experience in electrics and client facing position
- Full right to work in the UK
- Clean Driving License and willing to travel
