Sonic Summary
- We are seeking an installation electrician for various projects in the North of England, with the possibility of occasional travel. The role involves 2nd and final fix work, including installing trays, conduits, and links to distribution in occupied buildings. The position offers a salary of £25 per hour plus mileage and expenses, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be fully qualified electricians with at least 3 years of experience, ideally holding C&G 236 1 and 2 and 18th edition certification. A valid driving license and willingness to work away occasionally are also required.
The role is a long term ongoing position (permanent options available to within the team itself). 25/hr plus Mileage / expenses paid and covered. Mon-Fri standard days (with flexibility).
Duties will include:-
Installation of mains, distribution wiring and distribution boards, ring mains, sockets, switchgear, 3 phase systems, lighting, emergency lighting and all building services electrical plant-
Liaison with other engineers on site
Complete the project within allotted timescale
Requirements:-
Must be a fully qualified electrician (ideally C&G 236 1 and 2) with 18th edition
To be JIB Gold card registered
Experience of large scale electrical installation and covering multiple projects
Valid driving license-Willing to work away on occasion
