The role:
The Maintenance Electricianwill be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on static site in Manchester on a Prestigious Industrial site carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general building maintenance, small installation projects, servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks.
- Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches.
- Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork.
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.
- Manage workloads independently across multiple locations.
