Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £38,000 - £39,000

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be working on a prestigious industrial site in Manchester, supporting the largest parcel distributor in the world. You’ll be part of a larger team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of building maintenance and contributing to small installation projects, servicing, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks
Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches
Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing
Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork
Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance
Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks
Manage workloads independently across multiple locations
