- We are seeking a maintenance electrician for PPM and reactive maintenance in the Greater Manchester area.
- The position is permanent, offering a salary of up to £38,500 per year.
- Candidates should possess a Level 3 professional engineering qualification and have proven building maintenance experience.
- The role requires a minimum of 18th edition certification, with test and inspection qualifications being advantageous.
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with travel within Greater Manchester and a van provided for personal use.
You will be expected to have good all - round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance.
The role is aPermanentposition paying up to 38,500 basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.

Duties & Responsibilities
Completing electrical maintenance across healthcare, educational and commercial facilities.
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects
Checking/testing own work
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance
18th edition
Test and inspection is advantageous
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable and reliable
DBS will be required
Driving license
