- Responsibilities: Complete reactive works and repairs of electrical and general building services plant, maintain stocks of critical spares, planned works, small works, overlap with mechanical and fabric
- Requirements: Good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, previous experience in maintenance and facilities sector works, able to clear Security Vetting check
The role is a Permanent position paying a basic of 38,000 (on call package details TBC)
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Description:
The Maintenance Electrician with largely complete reactive works and repairs of electrical and general building services plant including:
Power distribution, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, plant room systems, access and control systems etc.
Complete Compliance checks
Maintain stocks of critical spares and other stock pertaining to responsibilities.
Planned works
Small works
Overlap with mechanical and fabric including general HVAC, plant room and compliance checks
Requirements:
A recognised apprenticeship in electrical discipline (level 3 etc.)
18th edition electrical safety.
Good verbal, numerate, interpersonal and computer skills
Personally motivated with initiative, flexibility, and innovation to continually develop skills.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
Previous experience or maintenance and facilities sector works
Able to clear a Security Vetting check
