Senior Multiskilled Maintenance Technician - Manchester

Rate: £19.24 PAYE
Oversee operation of the building's facilities and maintenance issues.
- Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and fuses.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Test and maintain emergency lighting systems.
- Install and maintain electrical equipment, such as power outlets and data points.
- Adhere to all electrical safety regulations and best practices.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaks), carpentry tasks (installing shelving and doors)
- Conduct painting and decorating work, as needed.
- Regular inspections of the building's facilities, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.
Will be supporting and directing a team
Must have a valid Drivers License
