Our Specialist and Bespoke service focuses on the design and manufacture of both fitted and loose joinery products.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our busy team in Eccles. We specialize in crafting bespoke commercial joinery, including reception desks, restaurant servery counters, coffee bars, shop fit-outs, and more.
Were looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience and proficiency working with a variety of woodworking machinery (e.g., Edge bander, CNC Router), as well as smaller hand-held machinery (eg. Router, Biscuit Jointer).
- Experience with solid surfaces (such as Corian or Hi-Macs) is advantageous but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
- Holds a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Bench Hand Joinery, or has decent experience in bench hand joinery processes and techniques.
- Is capable of contributing to the upkeep of the workshop
- The ability to work from approved drawings and produce work to a very high standard.
- Capable of planning your own tasks and working independently when needed.
- Organised and methodical, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, a reliable and motivated attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Has a clean, full driving license and is capable of driving van to collect and deliver goods if necessary.
Must have flexibility for overtime, during the week and some at weekends.

Essential requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Minimum NVQ3 or equivalent.
To be able to listen, take direction and contribute to projects.
Have own basic tools (ie. Drills).
A clean, full driving license.

40 hours per week.Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:45pm (with breaks).
