- Conducting site surveys and handling general site coordination
- Coordinating building and services for seamless project execution
- Producing and delivering Tender/Construction packages using AutoCAD
- Managing projects through all phases, from inception to completion
- Ensuring compliance with local authorities, building regulations, and industry standards
- A strong background as an Architectural Technician or in a related role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in design-build projects
- Familiarity with interior design and commercial workspace planning
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction compliance
- A full UK driving license
- Strong time management and coordination skills
