We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Repairs Surveyor to join a well known housing association. The successful candidate will be involved in carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys and contribute significantly to the improvement of housing stock.

Description

  • Conduct detailed stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio.

  • Identify and report any potential risks or issues in the housing stock.

Profile

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
