Frazer Jones is delighted to partner exclusively with a Global Financial Services organisation to recruit a Global Shared Services Manager/ Global HR Operations Manager.

You will manage a team responsible for service delivery across multiple jurisdictions globally, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring high standards of service to the business and leading on transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, while leading a talented and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the HR shared services/ HR operations team. Providing stability, managing performance, coaching and developing team members.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and service delivery to the business, identify process improvements, leading on SSC related change and transformation.
  • Monitoring service centre performance, analysing data, and reporting to senior leaders on trends, progress and solutions.
  • Guiding the HR shared services team through a transformation journey related to automation, technology and process improvements.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing HR operations/ shared services across multiple regions/jurisdictions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing dispersed, globally focussed teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR technologies, with the ability to enhance service delivery.
  • Knowledge of APAC & EMEA employment laws and regulations would be highly advantageous.
