Up to £30,000 Basic (Negotiable) + Double Base OTE + Incentives

The OpportunityGet Recruited is a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy, based in Manchester City Centre, specialising in Accountancy & Finance recruitment. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will focus on new business development, including client win-backs, cross-selling, and networking. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with businesses, especially VC-backed companies or those that have recently received investment, negotiate terms, and bring new vacancies on board within the Accountancy & Finance sector.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively hunt for new business, targeting key accounts, including companies in the VC-backed or recently funded space.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and bring new vacancies into the business.
  • Win-back previous clients and cross-sell recruitment services to increase opportunities.
  • Network and attend industry events to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.

Who We're Looking For

  • Individuals with Accountancy & Finance experience are desirable, but we are open to professionals from other recruitment sectors.
