An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive Part Time Employee Relations Advisor, with a keen interest in working on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be based in Manchester and will play a pivotal role in driving forward our Human Resources Department.

Description

  • Providing expert advice on a range of employee relations matters.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing complex HR cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Supporting line managers with performance management.
  • Conducting and analysing exit interviews.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Acting as a change agent to support organisational change initiatives.

Profile

A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:

  • An academic qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in an HR role, specifically within Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You must be able o commit to a 3x day working week on-site with occasional travel across the North West
