Package: £24K - 25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1)

Due to a super niche market, you’ll be able to establish yourself easily. Our client are big believers in organic growth and only promote from within, recent trainees have hit their first promotion in just 4 months. This is down to how active the market is as well as the training and ongoing support!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
