?? The Role:

As our Talent & Organization Development Manager, you鈥檒l play a crucial role in aligning our Global Talent Management strategy with IRIS鈥檚 growth objectives. You'll identify and nurture top performers, high-potential leaders, early careers, and underrepresented groups. Leading a high-performing team, you will design and implement programmes that enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership and specialist roles.

? Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development: Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan, ensuring alignment with IRIS鈥檚 strategic direction. Lead organization design reviews and drive change programmes.

Talent Management Programmes: Design and deliver global talent programmes, including mentoring and social purpose initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to maximize internal mobility and align strategies with business objectives.

Leadership Support: Assist leadership teams in embedding talent management initiatives and support HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization.

?? What We鈥檙e Looking For:

路 Proven expertise in Organization Design & Development.

路 Experience in managing large-scale Talent Development Programmes.

路 Knowledge of talent management and learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation.

路 Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

路 Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

路 Desirable: CIPD Qualification and experience working on a global scale.
