Approach Personnel are proud to be working with a reputable facilities management company who are seeking an Energy Analyst to join them based in the Manchester area on a full time, permananet basis. This role supports energy and water management activities for the companies wide range of clients that span multiple sectors.

Day to Day:

  • Use Energy & Water Management software alongside MS Office tools to track and report on energy, water, and carbon usage data.
  • Oversee data connections, ensuring the reliability and availability of energy and water data streams.
  • Analyse consumption patterns to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
  • Generate automated and custom reports for both internal teams and clients.
  • Onboard new clients for Energy Bureau services, including setting up data and reporting processes.
  • Assist in conducting energy and water efficiency audits, delivering actionable insights on potential savings, costs, and ROI.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all Energy Bureau-related inquiries.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in energy, utilities, or carbon analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, including MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems (EMS).
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and resource efficiency improvements.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage data connections and ensure data quality.

 

Package and Role Specifics:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
