Piper Maddox are working with one of the top planning consultancies in the UK to build out their team. Having been in the sector for over 20 years, they have established themselves as one of the most reliable providers of planning, EIA, and land assembly services.
Our client works across a wide range of sectors including Renewable Energy, Major Infrastructure, and Urban Regeneration. Your role would be centered around the renewables side of things but you would have the opportunity to contribute in a variety of projects.
You would have the opportunity to work on planning projects across both the TCPA and NSIP planning frameworks as well as some of the most well renowned developers in the Renewable Energy sector. Our client has a range of renewables projects in their portfolio including Solar, Wind, BESS, and alternative energy sources.
Your role in their planning team would include:
> The preparation and review of planning applications (TCPA, NSIP, DCO).
> Liaising with local planning authorities as well as client's internal planning teams.
> Stakeholder and community management throughout the planning process.
> EIA document review and support to the internal EIA team.
> Attending public consultations with local planning governments.
You would be joining up with a team that has created a culture of collaboration and interactivity. In fact, they are a business based off an "employee owned trust" wherein each employee is a stakeholder within the business - further promoting their collaborative vision and striving towards a common goal.
