We offer a range of services to enhance profitability through the procurement of a combined M&E package. The majority of our revenue is presently derived from Mechanical installations, which in turn is predominantly air conditioning and ventilation services.

Our design team and air conditioning partners such as Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Daikin make it possible to offer the best value for money on our key services.

We have an extensive range of abilities from working within occupied offices, new builds, high security sectors, healthcare, motor retail and the like.

By working with clients from the initial consultation to a full design spec and cost estimate, our engineering team can ensure they benefit from our design experience and proactive approach with the aim of saving both time and money.

Our expert project management team would then take over, providing exceptional management services throughout the project, whether on a new build, fit out, building refurbishment, or plant replacement project. We’ve built a reputation for high-quality installation, delivery and engineering and we put the experience we’ve gained over many years in the industry to work for you.

Our team of design engineers help our clients reach their end goal. We advise on all aspects of bespoke design offering the client a range of options tailored to their building. With our team accredited by all types of manufactures we can help to advise our clients on the best application.

Role:

  • To effectively manage projects from the date of enquiry through to handover to the project delivery team.

  • Manage enquiries / tenders, these may conceptually be fully designed by the client team, or clean sheet schemes

  • Your role will be to cover all commercial and estimating aspects.

  • You will take ownership of the projects and coordinate all the internal and external resources to maximise our chances of a successful bid – working with our Business Development Managers, Design Engineers, CAD technicians, etc.

  • Assist in the development of company systems and procedures.

  • Full knowledge of HVAC Industry is essential, knowledge of parallel mechanical systems (and electrical systems) is desirable.

  • Review tender documentation / design criteria and evolve a solution that meets the client requirements

  • Attend site to survey existing and proposed installations, meet supply chain partners, client team, etc

  • Co-ordinate designs with partner professionals (Hevacomp, etc.) and supply partners (air-con equipment selections, etc.)

  • Procure supply chain quotes, evaluate and produce schedule of anticipated costs / selling prices (cost plan)

  • Create a presentation document including designs, specifications, equipment schedules, summary of costs, assumptions / qualifications, cost / value engineering options, programme of works, H&S considerations, etc.

  • Present and close an order on agreeable terms

  • Negotiate contract terms with input from our commercial managers.

  • Handover to the delivery / projects team highlighting preferred partners, long lead items, risks and opportunities.

  • Attending various meetings pre and post contract to assist delivery and build client confidence

  • Relevant degree desirable

  • Previous experience within the construction sector is essential

  • Strong IT Skills

  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
