This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with diverse clients from defence, Civil Nuclear, nuclear generation and nuclear new build projects.

Responsibilities will include:
- Shaping the nuclear safety case strategy
- Working closely with project partners to ensure a safety informed design.
- Producing safety reports and other technical documents.
- You will lead Safety Case Report production
- You will be responsible for ALARP Assessments
- You have a proven track record in safety, ideally within the defence or nuclear domains, or other highly regulated industries
- You will hold an Honours Degree (or equivalent) in physics, mechanical engineering, or closely related discipline
- You will ideally be a Technical practitioner in the Nuclear/Defence domains and able to demonstrate good engineering judgement with experience in applying fundamental engineering principles
