- Leading and managing construction surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to set budgets and timelines.
- Implementing risk management processes to mitigate any potential project pitfalls.
- Producing and presenting regular project reports to senior management.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring all projects comply with necessary industry regulations and standards.

Profile
A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Surveying or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges.
- Proven experience leading construction surveying projects.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Job Offer
