Senior Sustainability Coordinator, Manchester, 40,000 - 45,000 per annum + Bonus

Are you passionate about driving sustainability in a fast-paced commercial environment? We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Co-Ordinator to lead key projects, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation while delivering innovative solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Sustainability Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering sustainability services and product solutions while keeping up with legislative changes and customer requirements. You will oversee a team of two and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (EPR, PPT, EUDR).
  • Support internal teams in implementing sustainability and innovation strategies.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Communicate sustainability insights effectively, creating reports, newsletters, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Analyse and report sustainability data, driving performance improvements.
  • Organise and facilitate sustainability-focused events and workshops.

About You:

  • Strong commercial background (Procurement, Sales, or similar), with sustainability qualifications or experience.
  • Proven experience in managing projects with commercial impact.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Renumeration:

40,000 - 45,000 per annum + Bonus
