" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Excellent organisational skills. " Able to communicate efficient via phone, email, and face to face. The Role:" Overseeing a portfolio of Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Accounts for heavy industry, food and beverage and other blue chip clients. " Effectively managing own schedule, working from home and diarising site visits and client meetings. " Following up on warm leads and referrals to secure new business. " Correctly identifying opportunities to promote and upsell company products and services to successfully grow the business. " Using onsite test kits to carry out sampling & analysis of steam boiler, cooling towers, and process systems." Acting as first point of contact for clients, as well as, visiting sites to meet with clients to provide technical support and advice. " Ensuring work carried out complies with industry guidelines (HSG 274 / ACoP L8) and in line with agreed client timelines. " Providing advice to clients on compliance and cost effective solutions. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed budgets. " Assisting in the training in new and existing employees.
