Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual, preferably with experience in the energy industry, to join a growing energy/ carbon consultancy company. As an Energy Consultant, you'll assist energy intensive clients to take advantage of energy and cost savings via government policies and ultimately work toward net zero carbon. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a readiness to handle a range of responsibilities. The company offers great opportunities for career growth. Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating multiple carbon management and compliance projects
  • Data and energy bill analysis, identification and delivery of potential savings
  • Creation and delivery of reports and insights into client energy use and costs
  • Establish, maintain and develop good working relationships with clients
  • Support colleagues and assist with query management
  • QA checking of reports and spreadsheets

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to engage effectively with senior board members.
  • Open-minded and adaptable, willing to embrace new challenges.
  • Ideally an understanding of the energy industry and energy billing (Desirable)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to independently find solutions.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work to deadlines

NB - You will be required to work full time in the office for the training period
