What you need to succeed?

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, an additional degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years' well-established consultancy or industry experience in Flood Risk Assessments and SuDS Assessments
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microdrainage/ Causeway Flow and GIS software
  • An understanding of the workings of the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, and Lead Local Flood Authorities
  • Some knowledge of current planning policies and procedures and how these can be utilised to maximise the level of service offered to our clients whilst gaining required approvals.
  • Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills and an ambition to run jobs whilst developing
  • Ability to work under own initiative while fully co-ordinating with line manager's requirements.
