Sustainability Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs largest multidisciplinary companies who operate internationally and provide expert environmental services to the built environment. They are looking for an established Sustainability Consultant who can hit the ground running for their sustainability team based in their Manchester offices.
Key responsibilities for the Sustainability Consultant role include:
- Work alongside Senior Consultants and deliver environmental certifications such as BREEAM and WELL
- Review project details and develop targets for environmental certification and ensure their outcomes are sustainable
- Communicate with internal and external team members to ensure sustainability requirements are met
- Support planning applications and produce LCA assessments for construction projects using OneClick LCA
Key requirements for the Sustainability Consultant role include:
- Relevant Bachelors or Masters in a sustainability, environmental, or built environment field
- Experience delivering BREEAM assessments from project inception through to completion
- A BREEAM Accredited Professional qualification would be advantageous
- Experience delivering LEED OR WELL Building Standard assessments
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Sustainability Consultant within the built environment industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
