- Lead Carbon Initiatives: Develop carbon retrofit plans for homes, analysing existing data, and creating annual work programs to achieve decarbonisation goals.
- Secure Funding: Identify and bid for funding opportunities to help them achieve sustainability targets, from SHDF to ECO4 and beyond.
- Project Collaboration: Work alongside the Decarbonisation Manager and various internal/external stakeholders, managing contractors and partners to ensure project success.
- Monitor Progress: Support the delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring all deadlines are met, keeping all stakeholders informed, and reporting progress to funding partners.
- Customer Engagement: Liaise with residents and stakeholders, providing clear communication before, during, and after the retrofit measures.
- Ensure Compliance: Handle the paperwork associated with energy-efficient installations, ensuring all processes comply with PAS2035 standards.
- Experience in Sustainability, Energy, or Carbon Performance roles.
- Knowledge of building physics and energy-efficient components.
- Experience with funding initiatives like SHDF or ECO4.
- Strong data analysis, IT, and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent project management skills, particularly with external contractors and internal teams.
