Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a leading Law firm who are looking for a Microsoft/VMWare focused Infrastructure Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Hybrid role

The role:

  • Work closely with Delivery Managers to develop and maintain the operational Infrastructure across the business
  • Support Project Managers giving guidance and support on Project Lifecycle and BAU Support
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues
  • Create and maintain systems design and configuration documentation, including creating and maintaining test plans and recovery methods of all systems.

Your experience:

  • A strong understanding of VMware management and maintenance.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Azure including Entra and application configuration.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Server technologies and associated services, including Server 2016, 2019 and 2022.
  • A good level of networking knowledge, from a troubleshooting and routing perspective. Basic switch configuration knowledge would be desirable.
  • An understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies, to achieve strong recovery point/recovery time objectives.
  • Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Sites/Services, and native replication technologies.
  • Windows file services including DFSR.
  • Appropriate certifications.
