We're supporting a well-established professional services company in their search for an Events Administrator to join their Manchester-based events department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in events.

You'll be joining a friendly, driven team that delivers over 200 nationwide events every quarter - including both in-person and virtual formats. If you thrive in a busy environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you!

Day to Day

  • Manage delegate registrations and confirmations
  • Carry out data entry and maintain accurate records using Salesforce
  • Track and process event-related payments
  • Monitor multiple inboxes and respond to enquiries
  • Handle delegate bookings via phone (primarily on Mondays and Fridays)
  • Compile reports for sales and business development teams
  • Provide day-to-day admin support to Event Coordinators
  • Assist with wider team admin during busy periods

YOU?

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Confident IT skills, especially MS Office
  • A professional, team-oriented attitude
