Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an individual to join our Support Team to provide highly efficient, reliable and proactive support and administrative service to a growing team of over 100 people in our Manchester Office. Our team is evolving, and we are looking for an individual who we can develop and grow with us.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Can work within a team, ensuring seamless service to the team and wider firm
  • Has a high level of attention to detail and will take ownership of processes and workflows.

  • Has initiative and enjoys solving problems.
  • Is self-motivated.
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Has excellent time management and organisation skills.

Experience of working in a professional environment and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams is desirable.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the professional staff within the office
  • Working as part of a team with the secretarial support for the departments
  • Organising lunches for internal events and client meetings
  • Organising the summer event and Christmas Party
  • Archiving documents, franking post etc
  • Organising third party file reviews
  • Organising health & safety checks
  • Checking and ordering stocks of stationery, tea & coffee and janitorial supplies
  • Onboarding new clients to the firm.
  • Onboarding new members to the department.
  • Completing workflows and hand overs for leavers
  • Keeping the office tidy and functioning smoothly
  • Any other ad-hoc support and administration as required.
