Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office. As we head in to 2025, this is an amazing opportunity to have a new start! This well-established events company are looking for an Event Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Company

This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning events and production company, specialising in end-to-end event management and production.

Our client is renowned for creating memorable events for some of the UK?s most recognisable brands from corporate conferences and events to exciting parties and their projects span the globe for thousands of attendees. Most of their business is repeat which is gained from creating such exceptional events and having a very good reputation in the industry.

The Role

They are looking to grow the team with the addition of a Event Manager, who will be predominantly focusing on the logistics element for live events! You will be responsible for leading on projects with the support from the wider team, whilst managing key accounts and client relationships.

You will be responsible for;

  • Liaising with delegates throughout the event
  • Raising any dietary requirements with the venue
  • Managing budgets ranging from £200k - £1m
  • Registering delegates using various CRM systems
  • Managing external suppliers
  • Overseeing event delivery on-site
  • Using Microsoft Excel daily and understanding formulas
  • Managing teams on site

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing live events, particularly logistics and using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level. You will naturally be a people?s person and have the ability to network with existing and new clients effectively, whilst developing strong relationships and overseeing the event delivery.
