THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with SLTs to develop the Scenic department, whilst improving processes, line managing senior team members within the workshop and ensuring delivery of projects is to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing scenic team including line management
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to help grow scenic department
  • Liaising with project managers to collate set lists and pass on to the workshop team
  • Managing the preparation process of equipment
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Providing input on construction design and material specification for custom scenic elements
  • Researching new materials, products & equipment and advise on investment
  • Provide training where required.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the role, you must have experience in leading teams, projects & a department – specifically the build process of structures / scenic builds (and the resources needed for this) within the events industry.
