- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Maintain control over budgets
- Support junior team members, helping them to grow
- On the ground event delivery, working with teams and suppliers to ensure everything suns smoothly
Senior Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in event management or operations ideally within educational or tourism
- The ability to lead a team and help junior members develop thir skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
- Willing to travel
- Full driving license required
Senior Operations Coordinator Key Benefits

- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with options to work 08:00 – 16:00, 08:30 – 16:30, 09:00 – 17:00, 09:30 – 17:30 (flexible working hour requests can also be considered around term time).
