Your new roleYou will join a professional and friendly team, providing high-quality company secretarial services, handling corporate compliance and advising on corporate governance matters as well as supporting on M&A transactions, corporate due diligence, equity fundraising and IPOs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client contact, building relationships both internally and externally, responding in a timely manner and meeting deadlines, managing your own caseload as well as working collaboratively with others.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a solid foundation in company secretarial and corporate governance matters, gained either in-house or in a professional services environment, with demonstrable experience using specialist company secretarial software. You will have a strong academic background and ideally hold CGI qualification or be prepared to work towards it.
